Use Good Lighting

Lighting is the most important part of a good photo. Try to use soft, even lighting so your product is clearly visible and free of harsh shadows. Natural light from a window works very well. Place your product near the window and avoid direct sunlight that can create strong shadows.

Use a Clean Background

A simple background helps the product stand out. Use plain white paper, poster board, or a clean surface behind and under your product. Avoid clutter or distracting objects so the viewer's attention stays on the item you are photographing.
